In this episode of DMS Talks, Carol WInchester talks with Nicholas Tsaclas about his role in the development of mobile endoscopy and specifically the access to the equipment manufacturers of the time. As a specialist in fiberoptic endoscopes, Nick was instrumental in figuring out how to take this FEES procedure out into the community while maintaining the integrity of the equipment and the challenges we faced with the nursing home setting in 1992.
